Terms & privacy
This covers what we collect when you register, what happens to the recording and anything you say during the session, and how refunds work.
By registering, you consent to the collection and use of your name, email address, billing information where you purchase VIP, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use your contact details to deliver your Zoom link, send workshop reminders, provide support, and send related communications about Allie K. Miller programs. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the workshop, which covers payment processing, video hosting, email delivery, and our customer platform. We do not sell your personal information.
Registration for the workshop is separate from any purchase. Taking a free seat does not create a billing record, and we do not collect card details unless you choose to add VIP.
The workshop runs live on Zoom and will be recorded in whole or in part. The recording is what VIP attendees receive afterwards, and clips from it may be used in marketing for future workshops and programs.
We also take screenshots during the session. Those are used in recaps, on social media, in email, and in promotion for future events. A screenshot may capture the participant grid, the chat panel, the Q&A panel, or a poll result.
By attending, you consent to being recorded and screenshotted, including your name as it appears in Zoom, your image if your camera is on, your voice if you speak, and anything you write in chat or Q&A.
You are welcome to take notes and personal screenshots, and to share a screenshot or a short clip on social media. You may not record, stream, or otherwise capture the session in a way that reproduces it in whole or in significant part, and you may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post the VIP replay or the prompt pack. Doing so may result in removal from the session without refund and loss of access to future events.
We may use what you say during or after the workshop in marketing, including on the website, on social media, in email, and on registration pages for future events. That includes chat messages, questions you submit or ask out loud, poll answers, replies to our post-workshop survey, and any review or testimonial you send us.
Anything said in the shared space of the event, which means the chat, the Q&A, a poll, or out loud on the call, may be quoted with your first name and last initial.
To use your full name, job title, company, or photo alongside a quote, we will ask you first and wait for you to say yes.
Private replies to us, including survey responses and support email, are quoted anonymously unless you tell us otherwise.
If you send us a testimonial, review, or written feedback about the workshop, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in marketing and program materials. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using it going forward.
The free seat costs nothing and there is nothing to refund. If you cannot make it, you do not need to tell us, although we would rather you came.
Before the workshop: refundable in full, no questions asked. Email [email protected] any time up until the session begins at 1:00pm ET on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 and we will refund you.
After the workshop: not refundable. VIP delivers the full replay, the Gen X prompt pack, and every resource from the session automatically once the workshop finishes, so by then you already have everything you paid for.
VIP is a single charge of $27. It is not a subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel later. Charges appear on your statement as ALLIE K MILLER.
If the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled by us and the new date does not work for you, VIP is refundable in full regardless of timing.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to remove your access and decline future purchases. Email us first. A refund before the workshop is faster than a chargeback and we do not argue about them.
The free seat gets you the live 90 minute workshop and the 30 minutes of live Q&A. It does not include the recording, the prompt pack, or the resource library.
VIP adds unlimited access to the replay, the Gen X prompt pack, and every resource from the session. Nothing expires. VIP access is for one person and is not transferable, and the materials are not for redistribution.
Your VIP materials arrive by email after the workshop, sent to the address you used at checkout. If they have not shown up within a few hours, check spam and promotions, then email us and we will send them again.
All workshop content, including the slides, frameworks, prompts, templates, resources, and recordings, belongs to the workshop organizers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
The workshop is educational. It is not a guarantee of any specific outcome, including job performance, income, promotion, or business results. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised. Nothing in the workshop is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The workshop shows you how to work with third-party tools including ChatGPT and Claude. Subscriptions to those tools are not included, and we are not responsible for them, their pricing, or changes to their interfaces.
Do not enter confidential, proprietary, client-privileged, or regulated information into any AI tool unless you have confirmed it is permitted by your employer and by applicable law. AI output can be inaccurate or fabricated, so verify before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use these tools and what you do with what they produce.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Those rights include the ability to:

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
This room is built to be a good one. We reserve the right to remove any participant who engages in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, without refund.
We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a change that materially affects what you agreed to at registration, we will email you.
