Terms & privacy
The workshop was held live on Zoom on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and recorded. This covers what we collected from live attendees, what we collect when you buy the replay, what happens to the recording and anything said during the session, and how refunds work.
By registering for the live workshop or purchasing the replay, you consent to the collection and use of your name, email address, billing information where you make a purchase, and anything else you choose to tell us. We use your contact details to deliver your replay and materials, provide support, and send related communications about Allie K. Miller programs. For live registrants, this also covered your Zoom link and workshop reminders. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.
We share information only with the service providers who help us run the workshop and deliver the replay, which covers payment processing, video hosting, email delivery, and our customer platform. We do not sell your personal information.
We only collect card details when you choose to make a purchase. Free registration for the live session did not create a billing record.
The workshop ran live on Zoom on Tuesday, September 15, 2026, and was recorded in whole or in part. That recording is the replay VIP and replay customers receive, and clips from it may be used in marketing for future workshops and programs.
We also took screenshots during the live session. Those may be used in recaps, on social media, in email, and in promotion for future events. A screenshot may show the participant grid, the chat panel, the Q&A panel, or a poll result.
By attending live, attendees consented to being recorded and screenshotted, including their name as it appeared in Zoom, their image if their camera was on, their voice if they spoke, and anything they wrote in chat or Q&A. Watching the replay does not record you in any way.
You are welcome to take notes and personal screenshots, and to share a screenshot or a short clip on social media. You may not download, record, or otherwise capture the replay in a way that reproduces it in whole or in significant part, and you may not redistribute, resell, or publicly post the replay or the prompt pack. Doing so may result in loss of access without refund and loss of access to future events.
We may use what was said during the workshop, or what you tell us afterwards, in marketing, including on the website, on social media, in email, and on registration pages for future events. That includes chat messages, questions submitted or asked out loud, poll answers, replies to our post-workshop survey, and any review or testimonial you send us.
Anything said in the shared space of the live event, which means the chat, the Q&A, a poll, or out loud on the call, may be quoted with your first name and last initial.
To use your full name, job title, company, or photo alongside a quote, we will ask you first and wait for you to say yes.
Private replies to us, including survey responses and support email, are quoted anonymously unless you tell us otherwise.
If you send us a testimonial, review, or written feedback about the workshop or the replay, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it in marketing and program materials. You can withdraw that permission for future use at any time by emailing us, and we will stop using it going forward.
Refunds are not available post-purchase of the VIP package. The replay, the Gen X prompt pack, and every resource from the session are delivered to you after purchase, so you already have everything you paid for.
For future events: you may ask for a refund before the event is held by emailing [email protected].
The replay is a single charge of $27. It is not a subscription, nothing renews, and there is nothing to cancel later. Charges appear on your statement as ALLIE K MILLER.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we reserve the right to remove your access and decline future purchases. If something went wrong with your purchase or your access, email us first and we will sort it out.
The replay, $27 one time, includes unlimited access to the full recording of the 90 minute workshop held on September 15, 2026, including the 30 minutes of live Q&A, plus the Gen X prompt pack and every resource from the session. Nothing expires. Access is for one person, is not transferable, and the materials are not for redistribution.
The free live seat covered the live session only. It did not include the recording, the prompt pack, or the resource library.
Your materials arrive by email, sent to the address you used at checkout. If they have not shown up within a few hours, check spam and promotions, then email us and we will send them again.
All workshop content, including the slides, frameworks, prompts, templates, resources, and recordings, belongs to the workshop organizers and may not be reproduced, distributed, or repurposed without prior written permission.
The workshop and the replay are educational. They are not a guarantee of any specific outcome, including job performance, income, promotion, or business results. Testimonials and examples reflect individual experiences and are not typical or promised. Nothing in the workshop is legal, financial, or other professional advice.
The workshop shows you how to work with third-party tools including ChatGPT and Claude. Subscriptions to those tools are not included, and we are not responsible for them, their pricing, or changes to their interfaces. Tools may have changed since the session was recorded on September 15, 2026, so what you see on screen in the replay may differ from what you see today.
Do not enter confidential, proprietary, client-privileged, or regulated information into any AI tool unless you have confirmed it is permitted by your employer and by applicable law. AI output can be inaccurate or fabricated, so verify before relying on it. You are responsible for how you use these tools and what you do with what they produce.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including the General Data Protection Regulation and the California Consumer Privacy Act. Those rights include the ability to:

We keep your personal data only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise, but we take protecting your information seriously.
Card details are handled entirely by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
This room was built to be a good one. We reserved the right to remove any live participant who engaged in harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior, and we reserve the right to revoke replay access for misuse, including redistribution, without refund.
We may update this page. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. If we make a change that materially affects what you agreed to at registration or purchase, we will email you.
